Lochiel Property Management is part of the Taylor smith Group and is a member of the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA). Our Objective is to ensure the good management, control and oversight of any properties and to guarantee a smooth running of all business activities. We provide several services including Property Management, Facility Management, Facility services, and Syndic management. Our First line team give us the flexibility of being able to handle any urgency in the shortest period.
