    The aim of the Facility management is to make sure that all facilities are maintained correctly, as per the law in force in Mauritius.  The facility management will not only maintain but will also find and negotiate with the best contractor should any works or reparation be required.  Lochiel by setting a high level of quality to all its contractor, guarantee a quick but also qualitative work.

    How does it Work?

    The key role of Lochiel in providing high-caliber, quality-focused and proactive Facility management services on your property:

    Select 2Lochiel’s role is to manage the different contractors and suppliers for the technical services and solutions provided, as well as to provide a single contact point to you where any issue can be managed accordingly.

    Lochiel will provide the services of a Site Supervisors, managed by Facility Managers, responsible for the maintenance of all assets on your property.

    Lochiel will also make sure that the property run as per your standards. In line with this goal and mission, Lochiel will regularly inspect the property and follow up on any irregularity or issue to be taken care of. We will continuously inform you on the follow up of any such irregularity or issue (maintenance). Lochiel will suggest any improvement that could benefit the property and manage all the suppliers on site, making sure that they work as per your Standards. Budget will be drafted giving you a better visibility on your maintenance cost. For each and any work to be done, We will provide two to three quotations and you will then choose the preferred one. Lochiel will thus be the dedicated link between the field (contractors) and the offices (your company).

    When possible, we will make you benefit from Lochiel’s negotiated prices with the company’s portfolio of suppliers.
